What is a fast. There are spiritual fasting (abstinence) and the natural nutrition and fasting. This is a fast and any diet that I use and have a systemic disease that start in the lower intestine called candidiasis, and finally engulfed my entire body and bloodstream. This is Katherine, and here is his statement: Dear Dr. Gary, I wanted personally to you an update on my situation since you were in U.S. to Florida, just over a week. I developed severe allergies and about a year ago was so far back that I could not eat the following foods: wheat, corn (and anything with corn, corn syrup, etc.), garlic, onions, tomatoes, lemon Seafood to name a few. I was not even allowed to be outside, because IAllergies: Pollen Mold Dust Grass and many other things in the open field.
