I LOVE this BP monitor. It's small, easy to use (just make sure you read the directions - you have to hold your arm a certain way for it to get an accurate reading). The best part is the ability to plug into your computer and download your BP results. It allows you to see your BP over the days and in a million different ways (graphs, charts, etc). You can also print out reports to take to the doctor. This was a lifesaver for me since the doctor suspected I was suffering from "white coat syndrome" and only had high BP at the doctor. When I brought him the report, he doubled my BP medicine right away.

I consider this wrist portable to be the best in

The Omron wrist blood pressure monitor is very easy to use. I like the fact that you just put it around your wrist and push one button. The pressure on your wrist is nothing compared to an arm monitor. Much much less. So if you find normal arm monitors uncomfortable, this one will be great for you. Cons: The reading is usually low by a few numbers. My normal is 122/70. With the wrist it reads 113/65. I have tested it against an arm and the doctor's office. Still a good product.
