When a boy is impaled through the throat with a toothbrush, his mother knows not remove it because of a Rescue 911 episode dealing with an impalement. Also included in this clip is a fan letter from a teenager who saved his grandfather from choking because he knew the heimlich maneuver from watching Rescue 911. This segment was taken from the Rescue 911 special "200 Lives Saved" (Episode 507) which aired November 23, 1993 on CBS.
